Effective date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website at www.jeromeinsulation.com, contacting Jerome Insulation for services, or engaging us to perform work at your property, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who interacts with Jerome Insulation.
Jerome Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, basement insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related services in Jerome, ID and the surrounding Magic Valley region. All services are subject to a written scope of work agreed upon before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates provided by Jerome Insulation are based on an in-person assessment of the property and the specific scope of work discussed at that time. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
Estimates are not final contracts. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes after the estimate is issued, if site conditions differ materially from what was visible during the assessment, or if unforeseen issues are discovered during work (such as moisture damage, pest damage, or structural concerns).
Any change in scope or price will be communicated to the customer before additional work proceeds. We will not charge for unapproved work.
Appointments are scheduled after a written estimate is accepted. We ask for at least 48 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling costs, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Jerome Insulation reserves the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, crew availability issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to find the earliest available alternative date.
Before work begins, customers are responsible for:
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional costs, or cancellation of the scheduled work.
Payment is due as specified in the written estimate or service agreement. For most projects, payment in full is due upon completion of the work unless a deposit or payment schedule has been agreed to in writing before work begins.
Accepted payment methods will be listed on your estimate. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late payment fee. Jerome Insulation reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through all available legal means.
If a project requires permits and permit fees are not included in the estimate, those fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will be itemized separately.
Jerome Insulation warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any warranty on labor or materials will be stated in writing in the project agreement. If no written warranty is specified, no warranty beyond what is required by applicable Idaho law is implied.
Manufacturer warranties on insulation materials are the warranties of the respective manufacturers and not Jerome Insulation. We will assist customers in understanding and accessing applicable manufacturer warranties, but we are not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims or disputes.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by moisture intrusion, flooding, fire, pest damage, structural movement, or any cause outside the normal installation of insulation.
To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, Jerome Insulation's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.
Jerome Insulation is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence. This limitation applies to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
If a dispute arises between you and Jerome Insulation regarding our services or these terms, we ask that you contact us directly first at info@jeromeinsulation.com or (208) 210-4790 so we can attempt to resolve it informally.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Jerome, Idaho, in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
